Most of the staff are very kind and considerate. The odd nurse acts like a prison guard. However boundaries have to be made, so may that strict rules are appropriate - especially on admission, most patients can be manic, and need a strict regime of rules/boundaries - in the interests of the safety of all.

Sometimes staff did not treat me with dignity and respect getting cross with me for no apparent reason and disallowing me to eat food. This is unacceptable. Also I feel cooped up in here and need more leave to feel better. I like it when the staff are kind and considerate and allow things to work like clockwork. Many staff are very good at their jobs. Just more calm and activity on the ward. Some staff are unacceptable Thank you from Kate brunwin

I have been please with my care. The staff is caring and friendly. They express the treatment as well. I have observed that another patients are treated as much I am with great respect. I am very impressed with my social care and the student of social care. She is very smart and she does care about my social difficulty with my expartner. She is planning also my discharge and as we a greed it will be a problem for me with to have the Frederick my son and Daughter Elizabeth without the supervision from you. Very difficult for me and I do not want get depressed if my expartner would not give me the my children. So I very apriechiete your complex matter with my care. Also I am awaiting for my new flat. I am also very happy with the care of medical care as they understand my medical condition and social situation. I would like also thanks to every staff on the Wintle ward. I also see that ward permanent staff is more dedicated to the patients as compel to agency staff. I hope they stay for long staff.

Certain staff were caring and showed interest in the patients. However I was told before I got here that there would talking therapy which there was not. I was not told when I would be able to see the doctor or psychiatrist. The toilets were almost unusable and were unhygienic Lastly the food was not good and the sandwiches were stales and there were few nutritional options
